The first yoga community in our local area in Essex to run online classes, the yoga sessions have become a firm favourite with our clients.
Unlike pre-recorded classes, the interactive sessions continue to offer you modifications and advice as you would have in a face-to-face class so that you still receive a personalised experience. You also have the option to obtain a recording of the class for up to 7 days to practice as many times at your leisure.
Outdoor Yoga sessions are now taking place in Billericay and private 1-2-1s are available to book with Nathalie. All sessions are in accordance with Social Distancing Measures & Government Guidelines.
And don’t forget, Yoga 108 will be expanding soon to the beautiful skies of Suffolk and with retreats, workshops, Mindfulness and Little Yogis coming soon, I can’t wait to flow with you soon.
