TIPS FOR ONLINE YOGA
Simply download the ZOOM App on to your phone or laptop & book your space in the normal way using your membership or class pack.
Upon booking, you will receive the usual confirmation notifcation, aswell as an additional message sent at least 2 hours prior to your online class with a link to register on to the online class via Zoom.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the class.
Please make sure you take this time for yourself where you won’t be disturbed and feel free to play music of your choice – your microphone will be muted when we begin practicing.
INFO ABOUT IN PERSON CLASSES
Mindful Flow classes combine breath, movement and meditation whilst moving through a sequence
from one posture to another with compassion & awareness. Suitable for Beginners, anyone is welcome. However if you have any health conditions, please chat with Nathalie who will be able to offer adaptations for certain postures.
Vinyasa Flow classes invite you to join Nathalie for a work in and connect with your breath through flowing, fun & logical sequencing. With an uplifting and soulful vibe, these strong & playful classes are taught to inspire and develop your practice and understanding, promising to leave you invigorated and energised.
Both locations have on-site free parking available and the venues are spacious to be able to practice social distancing, keeping our classes COVID-secure.

Private Yoga Bookings
1-2-1 bookings are now available by emailing email@example.com and will be in line with Social Distancing measures and guidelines outlined at www.gov.uk.
