With more and more of us taking up a regular yoga practice, the benefits of Yoga are now well known in the Western World and it is often agreed that through taking new shape with the body, a new shape in the mind can be formed. We begin to see that Yoga is so much more than the physical.
If practiced correctly and regularly, yoga asana can break down the obstacles (mental, emotional, physical and energetic) that keep us from thriving and this workshop has been designed for you to reflect on the transformational nature of your yoga journey.
Through a slow Vinyasa practice (suitable for all levels), we will visit the alignment of the key postures and also have the opportunity to discuss a few aspects of the philosophy of Yoga before settling back in to a grounding and healing reiki & incense infused guided relaxation practice.
This workshop will be in line with government guidelines and we ask that you bring your own mat, blankets & any equipment you may need. Full joining information will be provided with 7 days prior to the workshop.
